Negative Vertical Gap Not Allowed in Auto Layout with Horizontal Wrap

Hi,

When using Auto Layout with Horizontal Wrap enabled, it’s not possible to apply a negative value to the Vertical gap between rows, while negative values are allowed for the Horizontal gap between objects. Is there a reason why negative values are restricted for the vertical gap but allowed for the horizontal gap?
