Hello! Why is the support or sales team is not getting back to me? I created a website which was in the press last week but is not working properly. This is not a good time for problems…for 2 weeks now there is no answer. I need help with Google Search Console meaning you need to upload the google file I sent to you so the website can be found!! Also I ran out of credits because no one helped me to fix a problem and it took therefore all credits to finally get it done myself. But now the website is not working correcty until May 24th. Can someone please help?
Hey @Claudia Gossmann , sorry to hear you’ve been waiting! I can imagine how stressful this is, especially with your website in the press!
I was able to locate a ticket from 3 days ago on our end (case #1884970 via your email address cgxxxxxnn@cgxxxnn.de) and I’ve added a follow-up note to make sure it gets picked up as a priority.
To help the team assist you as quickly as possible, it would be great if you could add a bit more detail to your ticket, such as: • A clear description of each issue you’re experiencing • Any files, screenshots, or links that would help the team understand the problem • Steps you’ve already tried
If you’ve reached out from a different email address, feel free to send me a DM so I can look into it.
The team will get back to you via email as soon as possible. Thanks for your patience 🙏
Update: I saw in the backend that your issue has been resolved! Sharing the resolution here in case it helps others in the community.
The issue was related to your website's searchability. To fix it, go through each page in your Figma Make settings and make sure the "Exclude from search engine results" box is unchecked.
Also worth noting: it typically takes anywhere from a few days to a few weeks for search engines like Google and Bing to find, crawl, and index a new site — so if you're not seeing results yet, that's likely why. In some cases it can happen within 24–72 hours, but an average wait of 1–4 weeks is common.
I'll go ahead and close this thread here, thanks for your patience! 🙏
