Hi Figma team, I need help with my account access.
I suddenly lost access to my school email because it has been blocked/disabled by the institution. As a result, I can no longer log in to my Figma account that was registered using that school email.
All of my important design files are stored in that account, and unfortunately I never set any email forwarding or secondary recovery email. Since I no longer have access to the school email at all, I’m unable to receive any verification emails or reset my login.
Because of this, I would like to request assistance to change the email associated with my Figma account to a new active email, or any alternative method to regain access to my files.
I can provide any information needed to verify ownership of the account.
