I can’t login to my figma account as the my school had deleted the mail associated with the account, need help logging back in or to retrieve my files. Tried contacting support but they haven’t gotten back. Please help!

Is your account opened with education mail? If your mail was deleted by institute and if you try to log in which type error you are seeing?
Yes, it was opened with an education mail.
It says log in with Google or reset password, and I’m unable to do either.

They mentioned that if you have email forwarding set up from your old school email to a new one, you can try resetting your password to bypass Google Single Sign-On and regain access to your Figma account. From there, you’d be able to update your email address as needed.
If you don’t have email forwarding enabled, our team can begin the process of manually updating your account’s email.
