Hey! my old account is [redacted by forum admin/moderator to remove PII] and I lost access since I graduated, i’ve tried connecting back to the support team regarding the access to it, they said once you graduate after a certain period u lose the access, wasnt aware of it, and I have all my portfolio data on it. is it possible to get data transferred to my new account on [redacted by forum admin/moderator to remove PII] . I tried chatting through bot and it said I have student plan and it wont help me since its only available for paid user :(

I understand that you lost access to your school email after graduating and are now having trouble logging into the Figma account associated with that address.
I was able to find the account linked to your new email, but I couldn’t locate an account associated with the old school email you mentioned, nor any support tickets under either email.

In general, if your school email is forwarding to your current address, resetting your password is the easiest way to regain access to your old Figma account.
