【Need help!】I lost access to my old student account,

Hi figma,

I’ve lost access to my old school’s student account [redacted by forum admin/moderator to remove PII], which I wish to have access to a few more files. I heard if I email the customer support, there might be a way to re-verify, or change my files around. I had try my best to find out a way to call for help but unfortunately I’ve ended up here taking public resources. Hopefully you guys can have a actual humane way to file ticket for these kind of issue instead of assigning an unsupportive AI bot to save the cost on customer support.

I understand you’ve lost access to your old student email linked to your Figma account and are looking for a way to regain access.

 

If you have email forwarding set up from your old school address to your current one, the easiest way to get back in is by resetting your password.
Once you're logged in, you can update your email address directly in your account settings. You can find the steps here: Manage your email address or password.
