Need help getting a refund for Config 2026 ticket

I would like to get a refund for my ticket I purchased late last year. 

My information here:

I see in our system that you’ve already submitted a support ticket (#1818886) for this request. I’ve gone ahead and added a note to your ticket to help prioritize it. 

 

For your reference, as outlined in our Config FAQ, you will receive a full refund if you cancel your ticket by May 22, 2026, at 11:59 PM PT.
