Need a refund on erroneous yearly plan

Just got charged 232 euros for a plan I checked multiple times and was already canceled. As far as I understood for over 6 months, this plan was already inactive and no privileges were assigned to me. I checked and this was the case in my team. Yet, I am now charged 232 euros. I need to contact the relevant department to ensure today's payment is reverted and the plan, which I thought was successfully canceled (no one has used it for over a year) is properly canceled this time.
