Не работает Figma и не можем зарегистрировать новый аккаунт, не знаю может интернет медленный, но Captha не загружается и когда вхожу в приложение Figma оно открывается и там чистое поле и сверху домик и всё, что делать подскажите пожалуйста.

Could you please confirm whether your sign-up process was completed successfully? You can refer to this guide for the steps: Create a Figma account
If it was, please try the following steps to help the Figma desktop app load correctly:

  1. Quit the desktop app completely
  2. Make sure your browser is up to date (we support Chrome, Safari, Edge, and Firefox)
  3. Log into your Figma account from your browser at figma.com
  4. Reopen the desktop app and wait to be redirected

If you're still having trouble creating your account, could you try the following?

  • Sign up using an incognito/private browsing window
  • Try a different internet connection, if possible

If none of these steps resolve the issue, it would be really helpful if you could share a screenshot or a short video of what you're seeing. That will help us better understand what’s happening and how we can assist you.
