My software has been in the loading state since I opened it, and I can't see the page. I have already ruled out network issues, and now I can't use it normally. Please help me.

Sorry you're having trouble with this. I get that you've installed the Figma desktop app, but it won't open.

Thanks for checking your network settings. If you haven't yet, could you also try these?

  1. Turn off any VPN, firewall, or proxy you’re using, and then open the Figma desktop app.
  2. Try connecting to your phone's hotspot or another network, and then open the Figma desktop app.

Also, to get a better idea of what's going on, could you check:

  1. Can you open figma.com in a supported browser? If not, does it work in a private or incognito window?

If you've tried all of that and it's still not working, please send us recordings or screenshots that show the problem, along with the detailed steps to reproduce it. This will help us escalate the issue to the right team.
