My project files was lost and I did not delete it

Hey support team, I need your help. The project files that was created for me on August 2024 has suddenly disappear  from my account. I couldn’t say exactly when it disappeared I only notice when I want to resume working on the project. Please how can I recover these files? It is very important to me.

Hey ​@FemiKuye , thanks for reaching out! To help us understand what’s happening and see if the files can be located, we’ll need the URL of one of the missing project files (you can find it in your browser history for example). That will allow the team to check where it’s currently located and what may have happened.

One thing to check in the meantime: is it possible the team associated with this project was deleted? Deleting a team is a manual action, and if that happened, you should have received an email with a “Restore your team here” link. Teams can be restored within 28 days.
If you restore the team, it will reinstate the team along with any files or projects within it, and you should then be able to access it again from the file browser.

If you don’t recall deleting the team or didn’t receive a restoration email, then the Support team will need to look into this more closely, sharing a file or project URL with them will be the best next step. Please check your DM, thank you!
