Standing Instructions are set on my credit card(Indian) successfully but the purchase is not getting completed.

Stuck with free version. Its surprising that Figma is not able to fix this.
Does any know alternative ways to get this membership ?

Any resellers of figma accepting payments via Indian cards ?

Hi @Pradeeps51,

I understand you’re running into payment issues while trying to upgrade.

We are aware of some payment issues specifically related to HDFC bank credit cards. If you’re using one, we recommend trying a different card that isn’t associated with HDFC, as that often resolves the problem.

If you open to is, could you share any screenshots or error messages you’re seeing? That would help us escalate the issue to the right team.

Just to clarify, Figma currently supports payments by credit card or SEPA debit for the Professional plan. Payment via PayPal, ACH, or wire transfer isn’t available at the moment.

Thanks,

It was ICICI. Waited for almost 3 days and then had to disable. Moved to some other tool for now.

same here me too trying to make a payment with axis bank debit card and not able to make the payment. The chat support seems to be in a very early stage as it is just making a mail and sharing for escalation which is of no use.
