I'm trying to access my personal profile, but I can't access any files; it keeps freezing and I can't navigate.

Yes, it doesn't open properly in the browser. It opens and then freezes, and on the desktop it's very slow and keeps freezing.

Let’s try to narrow this down a bit:

  • When did you first start noticing the freezing?

  • Which browser are you using, and is it up to date?

  • Have you tried opening Figma in a different supported browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge)?

  • Does the issue still happen in an incognito/private window?

  • Have you tried disabling any browser extensions?

  • On the desktop app, have you tried fully restarting the app?

  • Does the same behaviour occur if you switch to a different network or temporarily disable any VPN or proxy?

Once we have this info, we can better understand what might causing this!

Work started yesterday.I'm using Chrome.Yes, it's only working on my personal profile (student).I can use it without bugs on the anonymous network.I haven't tried switching any extensions.No application works perfectly, the problem is only in the browser.Yes! Even changing the network, it stays the same.
