I’m having an urgent issue and would really appreciate some help.
My Figma Education plan recently expired, and since then, my only team has been locked. I’ve already deleted all other teams (I now have just one single team), but I still can’t create or access draft files, and the team hasn’t unlocked even after several days. It seems like the system still treats my account as if it’s over the free plan limits, even though I’m well within them now.
Has anyone else faced this? Or could someone from Figma Support please look into this? I’m completely blocked from working right now.
