my login is free even though Ive been given a seat

A couple of things to double-check first:

• Make sure you’re logged into the same account that was invited to the Albatross team.

• Open the team switcher in the sidebar and confirm whether the Albatross team appears there
• After accepting an invite, it sometimes helps to fully refresh the session. Try logging out, closing all Figma tabs, and logging back in.
• The team owner or an admin will need to send a direct invite to your account. They can do this by clicking the “…” menu next to the team name and selecting Invite to team, then inviting you with Can edit permissions. Once you’re properly added to the team, you should automatically see the correct plan when you switch to that team.

If it’s still not showing after that, let me know I am happy to help further! 

something is not working …
i got the email that I was accepted a seat 

I logged out and logged in, but still what I see is “shays free team” and not albatross …
 

 I really need to work with sariel on some flow urgently … please help

Please click the down caret ⌄ symbol next to Shay’s team to select Albatross from the Teams menu. 

If you’re still having trouble seeing the team there, please share a screenshot of the Teams you can see from that menu, and we’ll continue troubleshooting together.

This is definitely odd. From what we can see on the backend, you’re definitely part of the Albatross team. Did you also receive a direct invite to the file you’re trying to edit? Is the team member you mentioned, Sariel, able to share a link to the file directly? 

If so, please let us know if you have edit access through that direct file URL link. 

the problem is not editing the file, but the fact I am spending all of my ai credits fast since I am on a free user and not part of the team … I was assigned a seat but still get credits like free user ,…

Shay’s Team -- you have a viewer seat on this team only (it looks like this is your own created starter team)

Shay Shalman’s -- you have a viewer seat on this team only (it looks like this is your own created starter team)

From what it sounds like, you may not be working in the correct team.
