My invoice has been charged wrongly

Hi, 

This month again Figma charged me additional “One-time charges and credits 9.33$” like previous month. I kept explaining that we are using only one account and no one using any extra seat since beginning. 

We can only pay 20$ for 1 seat and keep requesting every month for those wrong charges. Kindly check my account and adjust the invoice of R3BPMFOD-0004

This usually happens because there are added seats outside the original annual agreement. I can see that you’ve already been in touch with our support team (#1653889).
