My figma student plan wont renew after all the verifications.

Hi ​@leopold123 , sorry for the confusion on your Figma verification application. Some SheerID applications require manual review, so the response can take a few days.

Please check your spam or junk folder for an email from SheerID. If you still haven’t received an update, contact SheerID’s dedicated Figma support team at figmasupport@sheerid.com. They’re the only team able to review the verification and help complete it. When contacting them, include your verification request ID if you have one, and any message or error message you have received..

Also, make sure you completed verification while signed in to the Figma account whose Education plan you want to renew, as approval is applied to that account.⁠⁠⁠⁠ Thank you!
