My Figma Education Plan was renewed about one month ago, and everything was working normally. However, today my plan suddenly changed to the Free plan even though the renewal date has not ended yet.
Is there any usage limit on the Figma Education Plan?

Just to clarify, AI features aren’t included in the Education Plan.
However, Figma Make (a separate product) is available for higher-education and bootcamp students on the Education Plan.

Hey Celine, thanks for checking! Yes, the Education plan shows as active on my side as well, and the team is correct.
The only issue is that the AI features are still disabled for me, even though the plan is active.
