It looks like your Education verification may have been completed under a different email address.
For anyone experiencing something similar: if your Education status is verified on one account and you want it applied to another, this is considered moving Education status between accounts.
If your status is currently applied to an account associated with your education email, Figma for Edu is unable to move your status. You should follow these instructions to move the project or team you need to your education account instead.
Otherwise, please complete this form provided by the Figma Education team. These requests are processed weekly, and you’ll be notified once the change is made.
