I understand that your Education status has expired, and you’d like to make sure your files are safe and that your teams move back to the Starter plan.
It looks like you had access to multiple Education teams. The next steps depend on your role within those teams. Please see the details below:
If you’re a team member (not the team owner):
You’ll be downgraded to view-only access on any Education teams you were part of.
You can still view your files but won’t be able to edit them until your Education status is reverified.
You can move your files to other teams you belong to, or create a free Starter team to continue working.
If you’re a team admin (team owner):
If your team had 3 or fewer files, it will automatically be converted to a free Starter team.
If your team had 4 or more files, it will be downgraded to a free Starter team and locked.
To unlock it, move any extra files to your drafts or transfer them to another team.
