my draft is missing and i can't get help

Let’s go through a few checks together to see if we can locate it.
To start, could you please check the following:

• The file is in your deleted folder (Open your drafts > click the deleted page). If so, right-click the file to restore it
• The file may have been moved by a teammate who was also on that file
• You’re logged into a Figma account that should have access to this file. You can switch accounts via the top-right and top-left corners of the file browser.

If you happen to have the file link (URL), that would be helpful for further investigation. You might be able to find it in:

• Your web browser history
• Past emails or messages where you shared the file with someone
• File > Recently Closed (if you’re using the desktop app)

 
If you’re able to share the file URL(s), I’d be happy to look into this further!

I don’t have deleted folder, nobody has been moved it and i logged into the right Figma account

Hey ​@funounet, apologies for the delayed response! I can see that the file was located in the team named maXXXXX's team the and file has been deleted. The file is in your deleted folder (Open your drafts > click the deleted page). Please right-click the file to restore it.
