I reverified my figma for education plan and after weeks of waiting and talking to support I go notified that my work email got verified for the edu plan instead of my personal/school email 😭. I’m not sure why my work email was associated with the edu plan in the first place but I’ve been trying to move the edu plan to my personal or school email and filled out the form that they sent to do that but it’s been over a month and no change has happened. I don’t even have access to my work email anymore because my internship is over so I can’t use the Edu plan. Is there anyway I can get help or do I have to keep waiting?
