Monthly payment to Professional Plan via a credit card is declined

Hello,

I’ve tried making payment with two of my credit cards. Both. of them have failed. I’ve contacted the bank and received the response that the “Merchant is trying to do a recurring transaction” and that you are not compliant. It looks like you are non-compliant in India as per the local norms. How do I make the payment and when can you become compliant?
