Missing Project from my account - Urgent Help required

Hi Figma Team,

I’ve had a file disappear completely from my account. I have not moved the project or sent it to trash.I have checked through all folders including trash and had no luck. Please can you offer help in getting this recovered as soon as possible. A lot of hours went into this. These are the only links I have:

Not sure if this is due to my membership changing to basic since.

    Hey ​@Dannythechief, thanks for reaching out! 

    I've had a look on our end and can see the file exists and hasn't been deleted or trashed. It's currently located in "hello's team". Could you check whether you still have access to that team in your file browser?

    A few things worth checking:

    1. Check the team picker in the sidebar, make sure "hello's team" is listed under your teams. If it's not visible, you may have been removed from the team or the team's visibility settings may have changed.
    2. Check if you're logged into the right account, if you use multiple Figma accounts, the file may be accessible under a different one. Here's how to switch: Switch between accounts
    3. Review your team access, it's possible your membership or permissions on "hello's team" changed when your plan moved to Basic. Here's more on how team permissions work: Team permissions

    Hi Gayani_S,

    Thank you soo much for the prompt response and reassurance that this file has not been deleted or trashed. I shared this to some developers and not sure if they have moved the file but I will try to contact them to find out as It doesn’t appear that I have access to “hello’s Team”. 

    Hopefully I will be able to locate it.
