Hello, I have a project missing. It’s not in trash or admin that I can see. Can I have some assistance restoring it? We are a single team with 3 members.

Thanks

Rachel

Hey @RachelCC, thanks for reaching out!

A couple of things worth double-checking first:

  1. In your team's Trash, click into the Projects tab specifically (not just Files). Projects and files are sorted separately there.
  2. While you're there, set the Created by filter to Anyone rather than just yourself. If one of your two teammates moved or trashed it, it won't show up under your own filter.
  3. Worth a quick check with your teammates too, in case either of them moved it somewhere or has more context on when it disappeared.

If you happen to have a file link from that project (URL), that would be helpful for further investigation. You might be able to find it in:

  • Your web browser history
  • Past emails or messages where you shared the file with someone
  • File > Recently Closed (if you're using the desktop app)

If you can find it, feel free to DM me the link rather than posting it here, and just let me know under this post once you've sent it. I'll check on my end.

Here's more detail on how project restoration works in the meantime: Delete and restore projects.

Let me know what you find!
