Missing file as owner - error: "Administrator has restricted the owner

Hi,

I am the owner of a Figma file, but it has completely disappeared from my workspace. I have never deleted this file, and it is not even in my trash.

When I try to access the prototype link, I get the following error message: "Prototype not found. This file cannot be shared because the administrator has restricted the owner of this file."

Since I am the actual owner of this file and using a Starter account, I cannot figure out why it's missing or who the "administrator" restricting me would be.

ould a Figma Support Specialist please look into this and help me recover my file? Thank you.
