Missing figma file

Hi. I'm having a big challenge, and I need you to walk me so high I can resolve it. 
We have a team project.4 projects were inside but I can only see 3
I don't know how... but I can't even find this in trash. Please, I need help.

Hey ​@Spot technology — thanks for flagging this, and I'm sorry to hear you're down to 3 of the 4 that should be in your team project.

I was able to locate the file link, so I've opened a case and passed it to our Customer Support team to investigate on the account directly. Your case number is: 2033479.

One thing that'll help them match it up faster — reply on the case with the email address tied to your Figma account with the requested information.

Also worth a quick check in the meantime: Open your Drafts, go to the Deleted tab, and set the Created by filter to Anyone instead of you. Files a teammate deleted often surface there, and you can restore them yourself from that view. Full steps: Delete and restore files.
