Алина

– File name: “Блог 🤩”

– File type: FigJam

– Workspace: Alina’s team

– Last opened: December 12

– On December 15, when I tried to open the tab that was always open, I got an error and the file became inaccessible.

Could you please check whether this file can be restored from backups?

Thank you for your help!

Hi @Алина, thanks for reaching out!

To help narrow this down, could you please double‑check a few things:

  • The file is in your deleted folder (Open your drafts > click the deleted page). If so, right-click the file to restore it
  • The file may have been moved by a teammate who was also on that file
  • You’re logged into a Figma account that should have access to this file. You can switch accounts via the top-right and top-left corners of the file browser.

If you happen to have the file URL, that would be especially helpful for us to investigate further. You might be able to find it via:

  • Your browser history

  • Past messages or emails where the file was shared

  • The File -> Recently Closed menu, if you were using the desktop app

If you do find the link, feel free to send it to me via DM and just let me know on this post once you’ve done so. Thanks for your help!

Hi!

I’ve checked Drafts and there is no “View deleted files” / Deleted section at all.

The file is not there.

I’m the owner, and this seems to have happened after an error when opening the tab.

Could you please search for the file in backups using the file name “Блог 🤩” and workspace Alina’s team?

Thank you!

Hi!

I’ve found the file URL.

Here it is:

https://www.figma.com/board/WdN684cfGGU6b0FJ6BJ5Ej/🤩-Блог%2Fцели?node-id=0-1&t=rzNjkAlkFPfHrwxN-1

Please let me know if you’re able to restore the file from your side.

Thank you!
