Missing comments

I rejoined the project and found the comments missing. I have comments (even solved ones) enabled. They are not displayed only on the one project that I relaunched to. On the others, everything is working. I also checked on ios, macos and windows (app and site) and it didn't help. Where did the comments disappear to?

The same problem! I'm in a panic... There are a lot of comments on which the whole project rests, without exaggeration. It's a big project and some of the comments are 2 months old or more, but they are still very important...

I hope this problem will be solved. Otherwise, it's a disaster.

They also disappeared not in all projects, but in two teams.

The same thing. Relaunched the project page, and all the comments disappeared. And the same with my team-mates who are working on this project with me.

At first, the comments stopped being marked as read (I would open them, but they wouldn’t show as read). Then after a restart, the comments disappeared only for me, specifically in this project, even though other team members still have them. It’s only happening to me, and the comments section shows an error: “Error loading notification preferences.” This started about 3 hours ago and is still happening in the project. Others are now also missing comments.
