Mirror app only working with one account

I am logged in with the same two accounts on desktop and Android mobile. Mirroring works as expected when I select a frame in a file in one account but does not when I select a frame in another file in another account (also changed to that account in the app). The floating bar appears in the app that I can click on to start mirroring but then the screen never loads (remains black) and the loading spinner just keeps spinning.

I have tried everything I could think of.

  1. Logged out of the second account on both devices and tried that way.
  2. Restarted the app
  3. Deleted caches
  4. Updated the app
  5. Renamed my teams so they wouldn’t share the same name

What is the problem?

Are you still having issues mirroring on your one account? 

If so, this issue sounds like it may be specific to the account. Can you please send me a private message with the email address of the account having the issue? And as a first trouble shooting step, can you verify what type of computer and Android device you are you using? Can you also let us know which OS version?

With a few more details, we can flag this over to the team to investigate what may be happening on the backend.
