Hey @Beatriz Chaves , I’m sorry this happened, and I understand how upsetting this must be, especially after losing access to work from the last two years!
Please note that I’m only able to communicate in English, but I’ll do my best to help.

I can confirm that you’ve already reached out to our support team, and I’ve added a follow-up note to your case. For reference, your case number is #1682489. You can check directly the case in your inbox (via your email address: bexxxxes@gxxxxl.xxm). When you have a moment, please reply there with any additional details you can share, especially a link to one of the missing files (for example, from your browser history). This will really help our team investigate what happened and try to locate your files.

In the meantime, please rest assured that files are very rarely deleted automatically unless you manually select “Delete forever”, or delete the team or project the file was in.

You can also try the following:

  • Go to Trash in Figma.
  • Look for the missing files there.
  • Make sure the “Created by” filter is set to “Anyone” (not just “You”), so all restorable files appear.
  • If you find a file, right-click it and select Restore.
  • Please note that you and anyone else who previously had edit access, should be able to restore the file this way.

Here's a guide from our Help Center with more information on this: Delete and restore files.

Additionally, in many cases like this, the files still exist but may be tied to a different team or account, and you might currently be logged into a new or separate account. I’d also recommend:

  • Making sure you’re signing in with the exact same email address you originally used.

  • Checking the account/team switcher in the top-left corner to see if another team appears there.

Thanks for your patience, our support team will follow up with you as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help you recover your work!

Update: The support agent replied to you and is waiting for your response for further investigation. It seems that your account has been created recently, it is possible they're tied to another Figma account under a different email. Please check your inbox when you can, and continue the conversation there so our team can investigate. I’ve gone ahead and closed the topic here, thank you!
