Ressurection of Make searching for all installed plugins in Quick Actions possible again

It’s completly unproductive to limit Quick Actions… even stupid
Even If I use keyboard maestro, I loose my shortcuts because of the limitation that remove the saved plugins

You need to correct this… it’s so obvious
