I created a website using Make AI and published it, but when I try to open it, it loads endlessly and eventually returns an error. What should I do?

Your ticket has been assigned to our Technical Quality team and they’ll be investigating the issue. For reference, your case number is #1747206. I’ve also added a follow-up note on my side.

In the meantime, you can try a few quick workarounds:

  • Open the site in an Incognito/private window

  • Click Refresh preview in Make, then republish

  • Duplicate the Figma Make file and publish from the copy to see if that helps
