Lost the ability to enhance images with AI

I wanted to enhance one image in the project I worked on. I was using a Basic Figma plan. I clicked on it, and saw a few options to enhance it/remove background etc., using AI. It said that these options are only available in Professional plan. When I upgraded, the options to enhance the image are no longer visible. When I click on it, only advanced options to Crop it appear, but none of the functions that I wanted to unblock. I wonder where to find these options after I upgraded to Proessional

I understand that you upgraded to a Professional plan to access the AI tools, but you’re no longer seeing those options in the image editing toolbar.

I checked on our end, and it looks like you currently have access to Free Starter and Education teams.

 

If you’re working inside an Education team, please note that while Figma for Education includes Professional features at no cost, most AI features are not enabled within Education plan teams.
