Lost Subscription

Hello. i had an account created under the current email, with a billed subscription of the 18 euros plan. That specific account got deleted by mistake so i tried to immedeiately recover it. I lost the project (as far as i read it is not retrievable), but i lost the subscription as well (it was stated that it must be cancelled manually). I would appreciate any guidance. Thank you !

I understand that you’re looking to recover a lost project. For guidance on that, please try this process and let me know how it goes: Delete and restore projects → Restore projects from the trash. Please note that permanently deleting a project removes it forever for everyone who had access, and that action cannot be reversed.

Regarding your billing and subscription, I’m not able to access or share account-specific details here, but I want to make sure this gets resolved. I’ve opened a ticket on your behalf with our Product Support team. Your case number is: 1680868, and they will reach out to you directly as soon as they’ve reviewed your account.

hello, 

 I had account created under A email, it had educational plan for a year, then it expired and i tried t apply to another one but it seems like it didn’t work, and i got it via B account, now i cannot login to A account, how do i access it?
