Hello. i had an account created under the current email, with a billed subscription of the 18 euros plan. That specific account got deleted by mistake so i tried to immedeiately recover it. I lost the project (as far as i read it is not retrievable), but i lost the subscription as well (it was stated that it must be cancelled manually). I would appreciate any guidance. Thank you !

I understand that you’re looking to recover a lost project. For guidance on that, please try this process and let me know how it goes: Delete and restore projects → Restore projects from the trash. Please note that permanently deleting a project removes it forever for everyone who had access, and that action cannot be reversed.
