Sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue. Is “SmartHire” the name of your project? I checked our system, and it doesn't appear that you have access to a project by that name.

Could you please check the following?

• If you have a link to the project, could you please check what message is displayed when you open it?
• Do you have another account that might have access to this project? Also, please double-check that you're logged into Figma with the correct account. You can refer to this guide: Switch between accounts

If you're logged in with the right account but still can't access the project, please send me the project URL via private message. I'll then create a support ticket on your behalf so our team can take a closer look.
