17.02.2025 we have lost our project SmartHire with all files within it. There is no project in the trash and so we are not able to restore it. Now we only have link to this project. Could you help us to restore it please?

Sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue. Is “SmartHire” the name of your project? I checked our system, and it doesn't appear that you have access to a project by that name.
Could you please check the following?
- If you have a link to the project, could you please check what message is displayed when you open it?
- Do you have another account that might have access to this project? Also, please double-check that you're logged into Figma with the correct account. You can refer to this guide: Switch between accounts
If you're logged in with the right account but still can't access the project, please send me the project URL via private message. I'll then create a support ticket on your behalf so our team can take a closer look.
