Hello Figma Support Team,

My email address is [redacted by moderator to remove personal information].

 I was on a paid plan, and I accidentally deleted my account on 03 February 2026 at 14:59 (Kyiv time).

Could you please confirm whether there is any possibility to recover the account and/or restore access to my files and drafts? If full account recovery is not possible, I would be grateful for any options to recover or transfer my content (projects/files/drafts) associated with this account.

Please let me know what information you need from me to verify ownership (billing details, invoices, last payment, etc.), and I will provide it immediately.

Hi ​@Катерина Пошибайло — thank you for raising this, and I’m really sorry to hear about the trouble with your account.

When an account is deleted, all files you owned and your drafts are permanently removed. Unfortunately, this action cannot be undone. You can find more details here: Delete your Figma account.

That said, regarding options to recover content: If any files were owned by other designers that you worked with, you can request access with a new account to regain access to those projects.

I understand this is likely disappointing news, but I hope it provides clarity and a path forward for any collaborative work you may need to continue.
