Lost access to old university email account, cannot access files

Hi @nishlikesfish,

I understand that you’ve lost access to the school email linked to your Figma account and are looking to move your files to another email address.

Just to clarify, we’re not able to transfer files on your behalf. However, our support team can help manually update the email address associated with your account.

For security and privacy reasons, we’re unable to handle account-specific issues directly here in the forum. That said, I’ll go ahead and create a support ticket on your behalf.

The ticket confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with the account used to post this forum thread. Please continue the conversation directly with our team via that ticket email(#1671332).

Thanks,

Was able to re-retrieve my old email through opening a ticket with the university and can access my files once more, thanks for the help!
