Hi,
I had a Figma account registered with my university e-mail address, but I was not able to transfer it to my personal e-mail before my student address was deactivated, and it is now impossible for me to log into my Figma account since I cannot receive the code by e-mail.
I used the chatbot, gave the relevant information for account recovery and was given a case number, but l haven’t heard back from support at all and I cannot check the status of my request because I cannot log in.
I am at a loss as to how I can regain access to my files and collaborations. Could someone please tell me how to proceed in that situation to recover my account?
