Lost access to my email address and Figma account connected

Hey, 

I lost access to my university email account, which was connected to my Figma. I’ve been already chatting with some AI support and doing my verification, but haven’t received any news since a week. I provided an email address where I should be contacted. Can you help me?

If emails from your former university account are still being forwarded to a new address, the quickest path is to use that forwarding to reset your Figma password, sign in, and then update the email on your account.

If those emails are not being forwarded, no worries, our Product Support team can help manually update the email after verifying account ownership.
