Lost access to locked Education team – file owner cannot access files after education expired

Hi Figma Support,

I lost access to my Figma files after my Education plan expired.

I was the owner and creator of the files in an Education team. After the education status expired, the team became locked and my account was removed automatically. Now I no longer see the team or files in my file browser.

I cannot move or download the files because I no longer have access to the team.

There is no other admin or owner available to reverify or re-add my account.

The files are very important and were created by me.

Could you please escalate this case to the account recovery or data recovery team to help restore temporary access or recover the files?
