Hi. Can somebody help me, please? I saw other persons with similar situations as mine, but from what I read in other replies I guess I need support’s help to generate me a ticket.
I have two Figma accounts: this one where I’m writing from, and another I used for a course I already finished. That account had an educational plan active (I guess it’s not active anymore because of the time that has passed since), and was made with an email address that’s now deleted. However, that account contained files I really need to access in the present time, mainly for reference and portfolio reasons.
For that account, I had the Log In through Google option active, so passwords aren’t working for me. I already tried the Reset password option, but the password link messsage is getting sent to the deleted email address, so I can’t access that link either.
I don’t wanna share private data here, but where can I share with support that email/account details in order to get further help?
