Lost Access to email and cant log in

I have lost access to my email [redacted by forum moderator to remove PII] and would like it to be updated to a new email  so I can access all of my files.

 

And the AI chat box is no help..

Hey ​@Callan McBurnie, I understand you cannot log in to account under your old email address. Do you happen to have emails from your old email address forwarded to the new email address? If so, I recommend to reset your password so that you can surpass the Google single sign on login to access your Figma account, and then update your email address as needed. 

If your emails are not forwarded, I can create a support ticket on your behalf. What support can do is start the process to manually update your Figma account email address. ​​After the change of the email address of the account, you can log in and if needed you can move files to your new account. For this process they’ll need to verify your ownership of the account.

Hi, I do not have the emails forwared to another email as I didn't think that they would shut down the emails this quick if you are able to create a support ticket that would be wonderful.

Hi, I am encountering the same situation...I’ve submitted a ticket but my interview is on Monday, all my design work is locked into our old account associated with my deactivated email….and I did not set up forwarding email from my old email to new email account,  is there anyone can help me expedite the ticket process, so I can get my design work before my interview??? please help, thank you…...
