Locked Team Project with no owner

Hey there ​@Simon Triggs 👋 Great question. Thanks for flagging this.

On Org/Enterprise, this is usually self-serve. Since you can see the project but can't act on it, the likely blocker is that the team itself has no owner — so the team needs to be claimed first, then the project.

If the team is ownerless, an organization admin (or workspace admin, on Enterprise) can claim it from Admin > Teams. Once the team has an owner, you (or a team admin) can claim the project:

• Navigate to the project in the file browser
• Click Join as Owner
• Then you'll be able to archive the data.

To confirm I'm pointing you the right way:

• Are you an org or workspace admin in this instance?
• When you say "locked" — is that a lock state you're seeing, or just that there's no owner to act on it? A screenshot of the project view and member list would help (if this is a privacy concern, no worries)

Thanks for the Info.

All of a sudden it’s allowed me to join as an owner. When I raised this request that option wasn’t even showing up. Well It’s working now… 

But by locked it had a locked symbol next to the name of the team. I’ve since worked out that means it’s just hidden and only members can see it and the contents.
