Locked out of student account

Hi,

I’ve been locked out of my student account, despite attempting to re-verify several times. I have been using my school issued email address. The verification message says that I have already redeemed the offer or have been verified but I’m still locked out and cannot edit or access my files. Please help.

Unfortunately, Figma isn’t able to review documents or confirm individual user eligibility directly.

Dear ​@Junko3,

I’ve experienced the same problem. After contacting SheerID, they were very helpful in explaining why the problem is NOT on their end.

On the other hand, I have been trying to reach out to education@figma.com for several weeks now, with no response whatsoever. Is that email even supported for customer inquiries at all?

Very poor customer service!

This exact verification problem I have noticed has been experienced by many many users, locking them out of their student accounts, and not providing them with the student plan’s supported features.
