Locked out of Figma Make project

Does anyone know what to do if you run out of credits in Pay as you go and have exhausted all the monthly account options as well? Sales does not respond and support has just emailed me telling me to add pay as you go. I have missed deadlines and had to wait 3 days until my credits reset. Now on reset day they are not resetting. Anyone else have this issue? Seems kind of insane that a paying customer has no way to pay for the service lol!!!
