I submitted a ticket and clearly proved that I have no outstanding balance—my dashboard explicitly shows that my balance is zero—yet you still locked my account!
This issue must be resolved immediately! This is the second time this has happened. I have made the payment, yet you keep locking my account for no reason! This is completely unacceptable!
Unlock my account right away! My entire company’s operations have come to a halt, and this issue is causing serious losses. Every second of delay is costing me more!
