Local Fonts Not Working with Figma Agent

Hello Figma Support,

I'm having trouble with locally installed fonts not showing up in Figma, even though I have the Figma Agent installed.

The issue is only on my computer. My teammates working on the same project have no problems with their local fonts.

I've already tried:

Checking the Figma Agent status.

Updating my browser.

Restarting my PC.

None of this has worked.

Important detail: I recently bought a new laptop, and I'm experiencing the exact same problem on the new machine as well.

Could you please help me fix this?

    Hey ​@Кристина - sorry for the font trouble.

    I know you’ve mentioned there are things you’ve tried, but can you try the steps outlined on this page? I wasn’t sure if you had seen it yet, so wanted to cover all bases.

    One note: If you're using a font that other people use too, make sure you have the same styles. If someone uses a font style in a file but you don't have that style on your computer, you'll get a missing font error.
