I linked the student plan to a different account. Is it possible to move this plan to the right account?

I understand that you accidentally linked your student plan to the wrong account and would like to move it to the correct one — is that right?

 

Unfortunately, education status can’t be transferred between accounts, as it’s tied to the specific account that was originally verified.

Because of this, we recommend starting the verification process again on the correct account. The steps will depend on the type of institution you attend.

If needed, you can also transfer your files between accounts by saving a copy of the file to your computer and then importing it to the correct account
