Limited access for full seat members that I added.

Seats and membership are separate in Figma. A Full seat controls which products someone can use; full member access controls whether they're part of the plan itself. Limited access usually means someone was invited to a specific file or folder instead of the plan.

From the help center article:

Full members

Full members are part of your plan itself—not just invited to a specific folder or file. They're included when a folder or file is shared broadly with "Anyone in [plan]."

Limited access members

Some people you work with aren't full members of your plan—they've only been directly invited to specific folders or files.

Can you confirm:

• Did you assign them Full seats, or grant access to a folder or file? Which screen did you use?
• Have they accepted their invites yet?
